Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF
JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH “JAPAN ELECTRICITY BUSINESS ACT
” TO PERFORM ELECTRICITY
SUPPLY IN JAPAN. NO SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTING WILL BE PERMISSIBLE IN THIS
CONTRACT

General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) Life Support Area (LSA), indicated on Appendix B, KCS Power Demarcation.  As for any matters that are not addressed by this Technical Description (TD), the US Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the "Supply Rules”, “Electricity Specified Retailer Supply Provisions", and “Electricity Transmission and Distribution Provision” of the local Electricity Retailer and General Electricity Transmission and Distribution Utility.
