This solicitation is designated a 100% HUBZone Small Business set aside. A single award firm-fixed-price award will be made. The awardee must be HUBZone Small Business certified at time of award.

The project will likely consist of one line item.

Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Line Item One: The contractor shall provide all administration, facilities, materials, labor, and equipment and perform all operations necessary to complete construction as identified in the contract documents, to include, but no limited to, specification and drawings identified herein.

General Summary of Work: Repair work to include removal of the existing metal wall panel assembly and flashing, on the east and west building facades, down to building girts, install new manufactured insulated metal wall panels, and install new head and bottom enclosure flashings in accordance with metal wall panel manufacturer’s standard details. This project will correct water infiltration issues the occupants are experiencing.

Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs.
