The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide an irrigation system preventative maintenance plan, perform Start-up, Shutdown and Maintenance Services of Government owned Irrigation System located at Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville NY 12871-1721.
