Description

Vendor Questions & Answers Q: Who is the current vendor and contract amount? A: JTM Enterprise - $699,839.70 (short term contract 10/1/23-3/31/24) Q: How many square feet is each type of flooring, to include carpeting? A: Specific breakdown not available, estimated square footage is posted in PWS. Please note that special floor care will mostly be done by facility staff and contractors required to do basic mopping, vacuuming, with occasional shampoo of carpets. Q: Are contractors allowed to arrive early before their shifts to gather items on cleaning carts and prepare for work (i.e. arriving at 6:00 or 6:30AM prior to beginning work at 7:00AM)? A: Yes Q: Is a breakdown available for the number of bathroom fixtures (toilets, urinals, etc.)?
