By signing the Standard Form (SF) 1449/Solicitation, Contractor attests acknowledgement, understanding, and receipt of all solicitation requirements. 3. When applicable, offerors shall return a signed copy of each amendment to the solicitation. 4. Offeror must complete and return a signed copy of VAAR 852.219-76 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS (DEVIATION) (JAN 2023) as a standalone document. 5. Offeror must complete and return the Provisions at 52.212-3(b)(2) (insert NONE in this fill-in if there are no exceptions). 6. Offeror shall complete and return the Price/Cost Schedule. Pricing: Contractor shall submit flat rate pricing, per line item that incorporates all the requirements within the Statement of Work. Period for acceptance of offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Failure to submit a complete offer may result in removal from further consideration for award.
