Description

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3PM CST, March. 24 nd, 2023. Please list Technical Questions 36C25724Q0459 Fiberoptic Cable Analyzer | BioMed | 504 station in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Brandy Riha, Contract Specialist, at Brandy.Riha@va.gov. Please include in your questions the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing. OFFER SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Offeror shall submit offers by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation via email to Brandy.Riha@va.gov. Please list Quote 36C25724Q0459 Fiberoptic Cable Analyzer | BioMed | 504 station in the subject line of the e-mail. 2. By signing the Standard Form (SF) 1449/Solicitation, Contractor attests acknowledgement, understanding, and receipt of all solicitation requirements. 3. When applicable, offerors shall return a signed copy of each amendment to the solicitation. 4. Offeror must complete and return a signed copy of VAAR 852.219-76 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS (DEVIATION) (JAN 2023) as a standalone document. 5. Offeror must complete and return the Provisions at 52.212-3(b)(2) (insert NONE in this fill-in if there are no exceptions). 6. Offeror shall complete and return the Price/Cost Schedule. Pricing: Contractor shall submit flat rate pricing, per line item that incorporates all the requirements within the Statement of Work. Period for acceptance of offers: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Failure to submit a complete offer may result in removal from further consideration for award.
