Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to develop a preparatory course and the instructor support services in order to physically and mentally prepare candidates to equip them with the tools necessary to excel in the next level of training for the Aviation Rescue Swimmers School (ARSS) at Navy Aviation Station
Pensacola, FL. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers
performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in
turn is responsible to the Government.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, project management, materials, and other items necessary to develop a comprehensive preparatory course and the instructor support services in order to execute training in accordance with (IAW) the PWS, training course directives/A-050-0612 Lesson Plan (Attachment 1), Course Master Schedule (CMS) (Attachment 2), OPNAV 1500.75, NETCINST 1500.13D, NETCINST 1500.5D, NETCINST 5100.1B, NASCINST 1510.6 ARSPC SOP (Attachment 3), physical requirements, and all other safety, security, and training regulations/policies.
