Description

Project to install fitness flooring (artificial turf) in the infield of the track in the main hangar bay at Building 7309. The installation requires extensive concrete slab preparation and repair to obtain a suitable surface for fitness flooring to adhere and maintain warranty. Lead Base Paint (LBP) on concrete would be abated, entire concrete surface would be leveled via grinding and all spalls and cracks would be repaired.

This requirement must meet all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work and Turf System Specifications. The estimated Period of Performance for this project is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 

The subject project Magnitude of Construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(e) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Project Location: Building 7309, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. Please refer to site plan for location. 

A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday, 22 August 2023, at 1:30 PM AKT. Parties will meet in front of Building 7309.  All questions are due by Thursday, 24 August 2023, 10:00 AM AKT.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
