Statement of Work Outdoor Fitness Station Upon completion of the contract, the KCVA will have a new outdoor fitness station for both employees and veterans to focus on self-care, health, wellness, and fitness. The outdoor fitness equipment will be installed into concreted pads offering a strong and stable foundation for use. Space committee has already approved the fitness station to be placed next to the metal gazebo. Scope A. Equipment a. Fitness Equipment: All equipment to be made of steel and be considered as tamperproof commercial grade equipment. Name brand or equal: Outdoor Fit Everest Cardio Climber (2) Must be weatherproof All fasteners must be tamperproof Width not more than 32 Height at least 70 Outdoor-Fit Apollo Multigym (2)- with the following features: -Assisted Chin Up - Assisted Dip - Plyo Platform - Vertical Knee Raise - Back Extension - Calf Raise - Lat Pulldown - Tricep Pressdown - Seated Row - Bicep Curl - Upright Row - tamperproof Must be weatherproof Tamperproof Width no more than 73 Height ~ 85 Must allow at least 5 simultaneous users B. Concrete foundation Leveling of ground to pour cement foundation Build forms Pour cement- 528 sq feet (22x24) with 6-inch depth Inspection of cement pad to make sure it follows all state and federal regulations C. Installation: Installation of selected equipment Testing of equipment to assure functionality
