SYNOPSIS

EJECTOR, FOOT – 19F AIRCRAFT, EAGLE F-15 – NSN 1440-01-690-9308 – PR: 91770747

This solicitation will contain one NSN for an EJECTOR, FOOT. This procurement is issued as a total small business set aside. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with qualified offerors meeting the requirements set forth in the solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the require or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to continue with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This item is not a commercial item. Higher Level Quality Management applies. This is an Enhanced Export Control Item. This agency possesses the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate offers.
