Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DENTAL CHAIRS MEDICAL GAS INSTALLATION TEMPLE, TX VA257-22-Q-0350 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA257-22-Q-0350 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120 with a small business size standard of 1000. The PSC is 6835. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Only Small Disable Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSBs) will be considered for award. Offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) when an offer is submitted and at the time of contract award will be qualify as an SDVOSB. Each Offeror must complete the required certification at 852.219-78. Any offeror that is not found to be a verified SDVOSB will not be considered for technical evaluation or award regardless of past performance or price. DUE DATE/TIME: Offers are due no later than 1600 (4PM), Central Standard Time (CST) on February 28, 2022. Submit offers to the attention of Yomika Brock via email to: yomika.brock@va.gov. Late offers/proposals will not be considered for award. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Item (See Section E). Either fill in the form in Section E or submit a current copy from active SAM (www.sam.gov) account. Offerors who fail to comply with the requirements of this solicitation may be considered non-compliant.
