Description

Correction the date is incorrect for registering for the site visit. The correct information is: A site visit has been scheduled Monday August 1, 2022 at 9:30 am, Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance by Friday July  29, 2022 no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Your list should include employee name and company. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to thefacility. All attendees will be required to follow the COVID Protocol at the site. At registration you will be provided
the current COVID protocols by the Contracting Officer

The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office, AAQ-540 has a new construction requirement  to provide all labor, materials, and supervision required to Replace Power Panel Feeders in Administration Wing Basement at the New York Air Route Traffic Control (ARTCC), Ronkonkoma, New York

The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format. 

This procurement is set aside exclusively for Small Businesses in accordance with AMS Management Policy # 3.6.1.3.2 Prime Contracting with Small Businesses. The North American Classification Standard is 238210 - $16.5 Million. 

The price range for this procurement is $100,000.00 - $300,000.00.  Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
