Description
The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Florence intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of two (2) PVI water heaters and replacement parts for a PVI heat exchanger. This acquisition will also include technician start-up observation, warranty coverage, and FOB (Free on Board) delivery to FCC Florence. Offerors must include shipping costs in all pricing.

Anticipated Dates:
- The solicitation will be available on or about September 19, 2024.
- Quotes are due by September 30, 2024, 12:00 PM Mountain Time (Denver).
Payment Terms:
- Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Evaluation Factors: The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is most advantageous to the Government.
- Past Performance: Offerors will be evaluated on their previous successful completion of similar projects.
- Availability: The ability of the vendor to meet the delivery and service requirements within the specified timeline.
- Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA): The award will be based on the lowest price that meets all technical requirements.
