Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Delivery is required by April 22, 2022. Late deliveries will result in a negative performance evaluation.

Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after February 11, 2022, with a due date of April 14, 2022 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
