Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in Support of EODGRU1 MK-18 Command and Control (C2) Course of Instruction, is issuing a solicitation as a total small business set- aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) contract to provide services necessary to provide course of instruction to ExMCM Company Command and Control (C2) leadership with a basic understanding of the Mark-18 (MK-18) Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) Family of Systems (FoS) and how the C2 leadership can best tactically employ the MK18 system to meet current operational requirements set forth by EOD.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and procedures of 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611519 “Other Technical and Trade Schools".

Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
