**THIS RFQ HAS BEEN AMENDED**

The RFQ has been amended to extend the period for quote submissions to May 5, 2023 at  4 pm EST.

All Contractors please re-submit any previously submitted quotes to the following individuals:  Kelly.Parr@noaa.gov,  John.Arroyo@noaa.gov.  Please confirm receipt of quote from the individuals listed.

This requirement is for the update and refit for a 1990 Boston Whaler Frontier.  All work will be accomplished at the contractor’s facility.  Contractor’s facility will be located within a 60-statute mile radius of Key Largo, FL.  NOAA will deliver the vessel to the contractor’s facility on its trailer, and the vessel will be returned to NOAA at the contractor’s facility on its trailer.

Coordination of work schedules shall be the responsibility of the contractor to avoid any delays or disruptions, and ensure meeting the period of performance.   The contractor shall provide all facilities, labor, materials, tools, and services required to complete the work per the attached Statement of Work.
