Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires security watch standers for NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker while pier-side in San Francisco per the attached statement of work.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2160-22-00809 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04.
(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, Security and Patrol Services; the small business size standard is $22M.
(v) Line items are as follows:
CLIN 1: May 20 – 26 In-Port
CLIN 2: August 6 – 11 In-Port.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the services in CLINs 1 and 2 per the attached statement of work.
(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
Twenty-four hour services are required during the periods of performance above:
