SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide HVAC services by factory certified technicians for Trane (Water-Cooled & Air-Cooled) Chillers at the following Orlando VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) facilities: Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Orlando, FL; Lake Baldwin VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Orlando, FL; Lakemont Campus located in Orlando, FL and Viera VA Healthcare Center (VAHCC) located in Viera, FL.
Scope:
The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair services, or comprehensive (all-inclusive parts & labor) preventive maintenance & repair services program or equivalent for Trane (Water-Cooled & Air-Cooled) Chillers, in accordance with OEM specifications and recommendations, to preserve and enhance system reliability, improve efficiency, and extend equipment life. In addition, cooling tower maintenance, eddy current testing, and chiller overhaul services may be performed on an as needed basis. The list of equipment includes:
