Description

This amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 7/19/22 at 12:00 PM EST.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division intends to procure Aircraft Electrical Servicing Stations (AESS) Disconnect Switches in accordance with the NAVSEA's Drawings.  The  AESS Disconnect Switches will consist of two CLINs: 
 

AESS Disconnect Switch (Dual Purpose) Quantity 24

AESS Disconnect Switch (400Hz Only) Quantity 10


Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall make their request by email only, and submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate to the email contact below. After which, the RFQ will be sent out, along with the drawings to the email listed point of contact. 

This procurement will be Firm Fixed Price and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please submit any questions to karen.l.morris49.civ@us.navy.mil.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."  No solicitation will be posted for this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a) (13)(1), exceptions to publicizing contract actions.  However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation to the Government Point of Contact (POC) which will be considered by the agency.
