Description

Network Contracting Office 15 is conducting market research to ascertain the capabilities of staffing companies to provide Physician - Internal Medicine- General in the Poplar Bluff, MO geographic region. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND NO CONTRACTS SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. Questions will not be entertained at this time. 1. This request is for capability statements to assist with appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of concerns with interested and parties capable of providing Medical Technologist services relative to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561320. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $30 M. 2. Duties of an experienced Physician - Internal Medicine- General shall cover the range of Medical Officer of the Day services to patients in Urgent Care, Acute Care and Community Living Center as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards. 3. Please provide a capability statement addressing your company s ability to provide the requested services. This is not a request for offer and in no way, obligates the Government. The list below is requested information that will assist in our market research. Your company s name, addresses, point of contact, phone number, and email address. What is your company s socioeconomic status? What is your company s interest in submitting an offer on a solicitation, if issued. Your company s ability to meet the requirements. How many contracts has your company been awarded in the last 24 months that were for Physician - Internal Medicine- General? How many Physician - Internal Medicine- General Candidates are readily available for placement in the Poplar Bluff, MO geographic region? Is your company Vets First Program (VIP) verified? (see para 4 below) 4. SDVOSB and VOSB respondents are encouraged to provide proof of verification in VIP. Consistent with Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128), the VA shall award contracts based upon competition restricted to SDVOSBs or VOSBs when a contracting officer has a reasonable expectation, based on market research, that two or more firms listed as verified in Vendor Information Pages database are likely to submit offers and an award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses and capability statements are to be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on Thursday March 3rd, 2022.
