Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General.
Note that this is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This RFI seeks industry comments to assist the Government in locating potential sources with the ability to satisfy its requirement. Firms that believe they can provide the needed services that fully meet the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation to determine capability.
The OPM OIG is seeking to establish an online CPE training catalog that provides self-study coursework in the areas of accounting, auditing, and finance professionals the timely, relevant knowledge necessary to stay on top of today’s constantly changing business world. The online CPE training source must provide interactive presentation materials, streaming video, and Q&A capability.
Internet based programs must employ instructional methods that clearly define learning objectives, guide the participant through a program of learning, and provide evidence of a participant’s satisfactory completion of the program.
The Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
BASE – 12 month period and four (4) option years
The number of subscribers per 12-month period is eight-five (85) and five (5) optional.
Vendors are encouraged to provide pricing information as well to assist in the market research efforts of this requirement.
