Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice

The Public Works Division (PWD), Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP Gas) and Tank Monitoring Services.  The requirement is for a base period of twelve (12) months and one (1) twelve-month option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all tanks and monitors, as well as performing all required maintenance for the LP Gas tanks and monitors in accordance with the below-listed quantities and sizes:

It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract.  The proposed acquisition is unrestricted, and open to all business sizes.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221210. The NAICS Industry Description is Natural Gas Distribution. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).    

This notice is not a request for quotes. The Solicitation (M6700123Q0017) will be posted on or about June 26, 2023, on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current within the SAM website www.sam.gov.  Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
