Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performing all operations to provide replacement of all sealant, caulking, and backer rod from pre-cast concrete horizontal structure of parking structure at precast double T sections. Work does not include floor level 1 slab on grade locations. The work shall be performed at a parking structure consisting of two above ground levels, located at Great Lakes Naval Station, in Great Lakes, IL.

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to include the requirement of VETS 4212 Report with proposal. Proposal due date remains Wednesday, June 5, at 12:00 PM CT.

AMENDMENT 0002

The purpose of this amendment is to release the site visit roster sheet. The site visit was held on May 13, 2024.

AMENDMENT 0003

The purpose of this amendment is to provide Pre-Proposal Inquiry responses, a revised Price Proposal Worksheet, and a revised proposal due date.

Offerors are to submit the revised Price Proposal Worksheet along with their proposal, instead of the Price Proposal Worksheet that was originally provided.  

The proposal due date is extended to Monday, June 10, at 12:00 PM CT.

AMENDMENT 0004

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date.

Proposal is due no later than Tuesday, 11 June 2024, by 12:00 PM CT.

AMENDMENT 0005

The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Wage Determination and allow contractors to verify their pricing. Contractors should respond no later than 9 August 2024, by 12:00 PM CT. Please either confirm that the pricing submitted with proposal will be valid through 30 August 2024, or submit updated pricing. Lack of a response will render previously submitted proposals ineligible for award.
