Conduct botanical surveys to determine the presence or absence of target species, document and map locations and populations of target species, and provide an ecological description for the areas surveyed including any special habitats encountered on the Umatilla National Forest. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
