NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) The Naval War College has a requirement toto have CollegeNet provide reimplementation services in order to move forward with utilization of software college wide. The product or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the government. As evidenced in the sole source justification provided by the requiring activity there is only one contractor that has the specific qualifications that meet the peculiar requirements of this contract. The Contractor identified is CollegeNET, Inc The NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and small business size of 150Employees A Request for Quote is expected to be released on 04 April 2023 with a response date of 12 April 2023 at 04:00 PM (EST). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC 2023-02 Effective: February 14, 2023. Although this is a sole source requirement, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency to joseph.almeida@usnwc.edu no later than 12 April 2023 at 11:00 am EST.
