Solicitation SPE4A6-24-R-0239, NSN 5865-014115280, MAGAZINE,DISPENSER, may result in a Large Tactical Procurement.  This is a Sole Source 8(a) Set Aside Requirement. 

Inspection/Acceptance Origin and FOB Origin is required for this procurement for a quantity of 714 each as outlined in the solicitation. There is a Government First Article Test for this item. Technical requirements for this procurement include Export Control access and Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements.

All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around June 17, 2024.
