Description
The Government requires one long-wave hyperspectral imagers (7.7-11.8mm range, 320 × 256-pixel array, and spectral resolution from 0.25 to 16 cm-1) with one far-field (3x or 3.5x) telescopes and one near-field (0.5x) telescopes, ruggedized control computer, software for command and control of the HSI, tripod, and analytical software for post-processing. The HSI and computer must be operable in field conditions without the need for liquid nitrogen, external cooling devices, and fully operational outdoor environmental conditions from 20F to 110F. The intent of this Sources Sought is to assess the state-of-the art of the technology available in Hyperspectral Imager and accessories products that could be applied to meet this requirement.
