Description
Purchase and installation of additional and replacement cameras to the existing Internet Protocol (IP) Video Surveillance System (VSS) in accordance with the attached statement of work dated November 16, 2023. Contractor is responsible for all tools, equipment, labor, supervision, software, licensing, IP cameras, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for the fully functional integration of the cameras into the existing VSS system. Requirements also include four (4) one-year options for maintenance services of the installed system.
The proposed new system will consist of a Network Video Management System (NVMS) and associated software and licensing, an upgrade from the outdated analog cameras to newer technology Internet Protocol (IP) cameras, a server workstation and video decoders for viewing live and recorded video, network switches, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IP based NVMS system. This system will have analytics enabled for searches based on multiple criteria. The system will monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, parking areas, vehicle and personnel entry and exits, emergency exits, and the exterior perimeter of the facility. The system will retain video for a minimum of 30 days.
A highly recommended site visit date will occur on August 13, 2024.
