Demolition of Building 5022 & 1906

Update 30 December 2021:  Amendment 002 posted to incorporate the following.

1) Add additional site visit scheduled for 10:00 AM CST on 6 January 2022. Information regarding this site visit is included as an attachment to this amendment/solicitation.

2) Extend proposal due date.  New due date is 10:00 AM CST on 14 January 2022.

3) Incorporate Question & Answer document covering questions received after the initial site visit. Additional questions will be accepted for this solicitation until 2:00 PM CST on 7 January 2022.

4) Additional administrative changes can be found on the SF30 uploaded as part of this update.

Update 22 December 2021: Amendment posted for incorporate the following;

Add CLIN 0002, demolition of building 1906 and attach the Statement of Work, Drawings, Specifications and MSS.
Update the lead time from 150 days to 210 days
Delete DFARS 252.223-7999 in accordance with Class Deviation 2021-O0009 (Rev 3)

Demolition of B5022

The Magnitude of the proposed service is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.
Enter price on page 3 under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. All amendments to this solicitation (if any)
must be acknowledged.

An organized site visit has been set for Monday, 20 December 2021 at 02:30 PM CST. In order to gain access
to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for
any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via
the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.237-1
Site Visit.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this
solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before
or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the
Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
