Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Virginia Class Sanitary Tanks. The intent is to award a single Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract. The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF, the period of performance is 09 April 2025 to 08 April 2030 (One base year plus four option years).
The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-25-Q-0003. Proposals are due 19 February 2025 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contact listed in this posting.
This solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-01, FRAS (10/30/2023) and NMCARS 18-22.
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) by the award date.
Please note the following about N32253-25-Q-0003:
- Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides specific instructions about the documents that must be included in your submission.
- Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides the evaluation factors against which all proposals will be evaluated.
- FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.
- FAR 52.212-3: Please ensure that all Reps and Certs in SAM.gov are up-to-date.
