Description
Amendment 2 - 4 April 2025
Due to a lack of participation, this solicitation is being opened for another 8 days to maximize engagement. The new close date for this solicitation is 11 April 2025
Amendment 1 - 12 March 2025
(a) A site visit shall be held on 17 March 2025 at RAF Fairford, 1300 local time. Please contact the POCs listed in the solicitation to confirm attendance by 14 March 2025.
(b) The formal time for questions concerning this soliciation begin upon issuance of this solicitation and will end 21 March 2025. Questions submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained.

The Contractor will be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of Fuel Storage Facilities, Hydrant Facilities, Fuels Laboratory, Fuel Servicing Center (FSC), refueling vehicles, aircraft, ground support equipment and facilities. Services will also include all associated safe, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, transfer, issue, sampling and testing, accountability issues, transfers, receipts and storage of all fuels and cryogenic products for the 510 CSW. Additionally, services will include Marshalling of the Aircraft. The Contractor shall perform Marshalling Services IAW applicable TOs (Technical Orders), Job Guides (JG), DAFIs and local instructions.
The contractor must maintain accurate reports and records, be accountable for all tools, supplies, and working stock, and comply with Technical Orders TOs. The contractor must correctly perform fuel receipts, storage, issue, and transfer operations, sample and test all fuel and cryogenic products, and must meet DLA timeliness and accuracy requirements for record keeping.
