Subaward Reporting is coming to SAM.gov on March 8th

FSRS.gov is retiring the evening of March 6th, and users will be redirected to SAM.gov. Users should complete all subaward report submissions in FSRS.gov as soon as possible, but no later end of the business day EST on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

The new subaward reporting capabilities will be available in SAM.gov on March 8th.

This is requirement is for (1) new excavator bucket with thumb that meets the following salient characteristics:

Must fit Case CX 210B (MFR 2009)

Size requirement 42in wide

Thumb integrated with bucket not mounted separate to boom

Capacity of minimum 0.9 yard maximum 1.1 yards

Weight less than 3400lbs

Thumb cylinders must be fully enclosed throughout thumb range of motion for protection

Grip the load and hold it securely throughout the full rotation of the bucket

Grease bank for simple and routine maintenance

Bottom wear plate and side bars for extra grip

Pressure relief valving or other safety features so the thumb cannot overpower the hydraulic cylinders.
