Description
THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.
The contractor is to provide a non-personnel service contract to provide Annual Software update and Maintenance of the proprietary Deployable Integrated Telecommunications Test Range (DITTR) and its network components. This contract is necessary to provide support for ongoing operational test activities and test support for 47th Cyberspace Test Squadron, San Antonio, TX.
The contractor shall provide periodic system software updates for the network components technical phone support. This Technical Support Plan covers a period of one year and is renewable annually. Support is primarily supported remotely and shall be provided to the equipment supported by DITTR.
•Global System for Mobile Communication (GMS) Base Station Subsystem (BSS)
•Universal Mobile Telecom Standard (UMTS) BSS
•Long Term Evolution (LTE) BSS
•Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) Radio Access Network (RAN
- Remote telephone support shall be provided Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM. to 5:00 PM.
- Remote Troubleshooting service.
- Provide Routine maintenance and updates with periodic functions and calibration checks.
- Periodic Software Upgrade service.
- Software Maintenance releases. It is expected that the contractor may release software patches or maintenance builds which contain bug fixes and/or minor feature enhancements.
- The Contractor shall not lease or substitute products.
- Participate in conference calls with the Government when necessary to discuss resolution plan for urgent/critical problems.
- The Contractor shall provide the Government with a complete list of individual licenses for all licensed software related to the assigned Government Contract Number.
