Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 13.106-1(b) (1), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.  PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/ ).

The RFQ number is N0018923Q0293.  This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94 (effective 19 Jan 2017) and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 (effective 22 Dec 2016).  It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.  The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/  and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. 

The NAICS code is 517121 and the Small Business Standard is 1,500.  The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses only. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. Only Small Businesses are eligible for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of supplies in support of the Management of the VoIP hosted phone system of the Fleet Human Resources Office at 1151 Azalea Garden Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502

Contractor will perform installation IAW the Statement of Work.          

The period of performance is  1 June 2023 – 31 May 2024 and consists of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Location is the Fleet Human Resources Office at 1151 Azalea Garden Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502

Responsibility and Inspection: FOB Destination- Vendor is responsible for all items in the statement of work. 

Quoters are reminded to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 ALT I with quotes.  All clauses shall be incorporated by reference in the order.  Additional contract terms and conditions are applicable to this procurement.
