Amendment 0001 adds Attachment L-2 Drawings in Section J, which are available on SAM.gov.The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA is issuing this Solicitation on a competitive basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.203(a), Set-Asides for Small Business Concerns to procure various types of electronic components; hardware; and fabrication, assembly, and finishing over a five-year period.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.The NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.Offers and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted using the instructions in Section L of the solicitation. If the solicitations Section L instruction to offerors state the PIEE Solicitation module will be used for electronic proposal submission, Contractors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code?s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
