James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is requesting a vendor to perform on-site full-service testing and certification for the operation and performance of their sterile compounding room equipment, systems, and personnel. Place of Performance: James H. Quillen VA Medical Center Lamont St & Veterans Way Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684 Description: The prospective contractor shall provide certification of primary engineering controls, secondary engineering controls, and testing of compounding personnel at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Lamont St & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, Tennessee, 37684. The facility testing must meet United States Pharmacopeia standards and competencies for sterile compounded preparations. The anticipated contract type will be a VOSB Set-Aside, firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about September 16, 2022. This date is subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract. All contractors must have an active Vendor Information Pages account (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) reflecting they are currently registered as an VOSB.
