ITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), located at 300 Highway 361 Crane, IN 47522-5001, has a requirement for Landline Telecommunications Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). These services shall provide the necessary labor, tools, parts, materials, software, and subscriptions required to maintain the daily operation and complete documentation of the Information Technology Division (ITD) telephony systems. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will cover a five-year ordering period utilizing FAR Part 13.500(b) procedures.

The anticipated contract CLINs are:

CLIN 0001 – Telecommunication Support Services & Moves, Adds, Changes (MACs)

CLIN 0002 – Break/Fix

The contract minimum is $450,000.00 and the contract maximum is TBD.  The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane.  Inspection and acceptance will be at destination.  Delivery terms will be addressed per Delivery Order.

The solicitation will be made available posted on System for Award Management (sam.gov). All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
