Janitorial Services, Mcall, ID - 8 Buildings

(i)   This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii)  This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii)  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. 

(iv)  This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business.  The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is 19.5. 

The Contractor shall provide all management, including local management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service offices located in McCall, Idaho, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.  Exact workdays will be determined after award of contract with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for each facility unless otherwise noted.

Payette National Forest – All Buildings located along Mission Street (exact addresses identified on the Price Schedule and Statement of Work) in McCall, ID within 1 ½ miles of each other.
