Description

UPDATE: The formal solicitation associated with this presolicitation notice will be FA8526-22-Q-0021.  Engineering Data Lists will be included with the solicitation. 

This Firm-Fixed Price requirement is for the manufacture of C-17 peculiar support equipment replenishment; NSN: 6150-01-622-5730; Part Number: 17G720634-1 C-17 Electrical Cable Assembly Set to monitor electrical signals between RT, SDC, and aircraft for fault isolation test. The basic period quantity is for six (6) each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), Test Report (1 LO), and IUID Marking Plan (1 LO). The three (3) annual options are for a quantity of three (3) each. This requirement contains both USAF and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funds and is set-aside for Small Business.

Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the solicitation. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize SAM.gov to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Quotes will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.

We anticipate release of the RFQ on or around 14 July 2022 with an estimated response date of 5 August 2022. The RFQ and all attachments will be posted to SAM.gov.
