78664 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase/delivery order to: Federal Defender Program, 101 Marietta Street, NW Suite 1500, Atlanta Georgia 30341 in the amount of $247,00.00 The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR part 13.106-1. The contractor shall, unless otherwise specified provide to Legal Representation. The period of performance is 1 year with (4) 1 year options.
