Description

THIS DOCUMENTATION IS RELEASED AS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INTENDED FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. While a future requirement is anticipated, this is not yet an official requirement nor official pre-solicitation notice. This information is being released with intent to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. The goal is to allow potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government’s requirements, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this release. The Government has no obligation to reimburse for any costs incurred as a result of this release. In the event the identified requirement becomes an official solicitation, pre-solicitation announcement and publication requirements IAW FAR Subpart 5.2 will be complied with within appropriate timeframes.
