Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has awarded a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Navajo Communications Co, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE NMNC Facility Management has a requirement for telephone utility services with Navajo Communications for the following locations: Crownpoint HQ, Dibe Yazhi Bi'Olta, Mariano Lake Community School, Ojo Encino Day School, Pueblo Pintado Community School and Tiis'Tsozi'Bi'Olta. There are no known ISBEE or other business providers for this requirement for this location which is on the reservation. The contractor has a proven successful record of functionality on the reservation with Native American Indian Schools. The anticipated delivery date will be July 13th, 2023.
