Description

AMENDMENT 1- The purpose of this amendment is to remove Building 348 from the requirement. Attachments 1 & 2 have been updated accordingly as well as the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document to relfect the removal of Building 348.

SOLICITATION: Please respond to this solicitation by emailing response to: A1C Breur at E-mail: jordyn.breur@us.af.mil no later than 4:30pm CST, 21 September 2022 –  Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 3:30 PM CST, 16 September 2022 – Friday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 16 September 2022. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be held at 9:00am CST on Thursday -- 15 September 2022. Vendors shall meet at Columbus Air Force Base Visitor Center. Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Those wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide all information specified in the  attached Base Access Procedures. Availability of Funds

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
