Description:
The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the roof replacement of the Fire Management Office (Bldg 2012) located at the Wild Rivers Ranger Station located in Cave Junction, Oregon. The existing cedar shake roof will be replaced with metal.
Location:
The Illinois Valley Ranger Station site is located on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest on approximately 30 miles southwest of Grants Pass, Oregon along State Highway 199 (Redwood Hwy). The site address is 26568 Redwood Hwy, Cave Junction, OR, 97523.
One Firm Fixed-Price (FFP} contract will be awarded. The contract period of performance will be 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, estimated for 08/15/2024.
The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Payment Bond (100% contract value) will be required of the successful awardee.
Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b}(l), System for Award Management (SAM}, an Offerer is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation. Information on registration may be obtained via: https://www.sam.gov. All Offerers must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system.
