The contractor is required to sign this document and return copies to the issuing office. Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise Identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified.
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) requires vendors capable of providing all required services, labor, material and equipment necessary to successfully supply the rental of two (2) 4 person COMPACT blast pots to include a transfer hopper (common trade name: Puker) and 6 Safety Tote Bins (common trade name: Grit Bins).

The Government will award on the basis of price and providing equipment by POP date stated in SOW unless the contracting officer is aware of past performance information related to the low price quote/offer which indicates that quote/offer may not represent best value. In that case, the Government reserves the right to consider the past performance of other quotes/offers, conduct a price, past performance tradeoff, and award to other than the lowest price quote/offer.

All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, email, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms.
