NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has awarded a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE NMNS Wingate High School has a requirement for continued telephone utility services with Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. There are no known ISBEE or other business providers for this requirement for this location which is on the reservation. The contractor has a proven successful record of functionality on the reservation with Native American Indian Schools. The anticipated delivery date will be August 4th, 2023.
