X1DB--FY22: New Lease: Villages CBOC Minor

Advertisement Description    The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 10,400 contiguous net usable square feet of Medical Office and related space in The Villages, Florida for use as a Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space shall have a minimum of 80 parking spaces available. A lease up to 10 Years will be considered with 5 firm term years.   Existing buildings only will be considered. However, if not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1,2022.    Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:  North: SE 147th Place East: U.S. 27/441 South: E County Rd. 466/FL-500, Lady Lake, FL 32159 West: U.S. 301   A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
