Scope of effort: This effort is restricted as a 100% small business set aside. Lowest priced technically acceptable (LTPA) criteria will be used to make award.
Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only.
U.S Army Garrison – Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA) has a requirement for Substance Abuse Prevention. Substance Abuse Prevention Services contains a variety of work requirements to include all aspects of substance abuse prevention such as abuse planning, campaign coordination and execution, training, marketing, partnering with RIA community forums and administrative aspects of the work. Work is governed by AR 600-85, Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP). The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 23 June 2023 – 22 June 2028.
