Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be set aside for small business concerns.

The solicitation number is W9132T23Q0022 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333248, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 Employees. 

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one PANDA brand name or equal instrumented dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP). This is not a brand name specific requirement, but the equipment purchased must be compatible with the PANDA brand dynamic cone penetrometer.
