Description

The contractor shall provide professional legal services regarding nuclear power sector project financings and other nuclear sector matters.  More specifically, the contractor shall provide professional legal advice and, when necessary, legal representation, regarding (i) nuclear power sector project financings in the pre-application stage, (ii) other pre- or non-transactional nuclear sector matters, and (iii) any EXIM project post-closing involving troubled credits, including where the borrower or sponsor(s) is unable or unwilling pay.
