Description
SCOPE: Provide Camera Lab equipment, train the train training for cadre, and update support. This camera lab will have the ability to give the instructors the means to teach students on the ways of identifying/avoiding public camera technology, the use of AI and Facial recognition and tracking personnel through camera systems located in many large cities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Camera Laboratory - The contractor shall:
- Develop and maintain a threat representative, portable, camera laboratory that will allow instructors and students to train and exercise against security cameras and associated Artificial Intelligence capabilities of facial recognition and person tracking (aka person re-identification). Provided required equipment needed to perform these tasks.
- Source the majority of equipment and software for the laboratory from U.S. Sources. Any foreign threat equipment must be sourced so that U.S. government end use is not known.
- Conduct initial and annual train-the-trainer training for all equipment and training material.
- Five-day course of instruction - The contractor shall:
- Develop and maintain a five-day course of instruction related to identifying and mitigating UTS threats in the contemporary operating environment. Training and material will be at the sensitive but unclassified level and become the property of the U.S. Government.
- Conduct immediate refresh and update instructional material as new threats and mitigations are identified and as old material becomes obsolete.
- Conduct initial and annual train-the-trainer training for all instructional material.
- Conduct initial and annual onsite refresh, update and lifecycle of all material, software, and equipment.
DELIVERABLES:
- Camera laboratory equipment package that enables training and exercise against security cameras and associated Artificial Intelligence capabilities of Facial Recognition and Person Tracking.
- Five-day course of instruction on threat vectors and mitigations.
- Annual onsite refresh/update/lifecycle of all material and equipment.
- Annual onsite train-the-trainer for new threats and mitigations as they are identified.
